Can I return a product I’m not happy with?

Please choose carefully as items can only be returned if they are faulty, are not what you ordered or you have an allergic reaction to them.

How do I return a purchase?

We strongly suggest that you find out your skin/hair type before selecting any items, as this will make it much easier for you to be able to select products that will suit you. If you’d like us to recommend the products that will be best suited to your needs please telephone us 0414319185 for a phone consultation. Facetime consultations are available upon request.

1) Please choose carefully as items can only be returned if they are faulty, are not what you ordered or you have an allergic reaction to them.  Items  must  arrive back in new/ undamaged condition with original box, packaging and contents.
 So please insure you take as much care in package them as we did in sending them.

2) You must contact us before returning anything to obtain a return authorisation number. Returns without authorisation will not be accepted.

3) Returned shipping  will be at the customers expense.

4) Returns policy is from 14 days of invoicing.

What happens if my item is faulty?

If your item that you received is faulty, please contact us immediately, you are entitled to a refund. If it is an electrical item and you wish to make a claim under warranty please read the following: Product warranties are held with the manufactures with a minimum 12 months, please hold onto your receipt for date and proof of purchase. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, contact Liquid Hair and we will forward the contact details of the manufacturer or product distributor who will repair or replace the faulty item.

Can I cancel an order?

Due to the order processing of our website we cannot accept cancellations. Please make sure you select your products carefully.

What happens if my  items are lost or damaged in transit?

Salon Apothecary does our best to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. Salon Apothecary uses Australia Post Standard parcel delivery. If you as the customer would like to upgrade postage to Express Postage, Australia post will give automatic compensation up to $100 should loss or damage occur. Please view the Australia Post website for terms and conditions of this service. Salon Apothecary does not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

How much is delivery?

We use Australia post standard delivery. Delivery is FREE with Orders over $100 . Australia Post Express postage is $15 on all orders. *Please not that Australia Post are not guaranteed during Covid 19. Check the Australia Post website for details

How does the shopping process work?

Place your order – Pay by PayPal or Afterpay- You will receive an email confirmation with your order details – Keep this email as you may need to refer to it – You should receive your order within 4-7 working days

Are all products displayed on the Salon Apothecary website  genuine?

Yes, all products sold on the Salon Apothecary website are 100%  genuine. Each product has come from original manufacturer for that particular brand. There are no copies, fakes, imitations or old stock. Salon Apothecary is an official stockist to all brands sold.

What about out of stock items?

Salon Apothecary endeavours to keep all products in stock. However if for some reason the product appears on our website and is out of stock. Salon Apothecary will contact you and notify you of the delay. You will then have the option to wait or cancel your order.

Are my details secure?

Yes absolutely, Salon Apothecary defiantly provides safe shopping environment for customers. Salon Apothecary uses Pay Pal or Afterpay as their Payment Gateway. Salon Apothecary do not sell, rent or pass on any of your details to other parties.Our priority is to protect the personal information that we collect. Personal information will be managed confidentially and securely.

How long will it take to get my order?

Salon Apothecary allows 4-7 working days for delivery all around Australia – this is just a rough guide as delivery times will vary depending on the service in your area. For Australia Post delivery speeds please follow this link.

Does Salon Apothecary ship to P O Box Addresses?

Yes, we do send to PO box numbers.

What payment methods are available through the Web site?

Do I need to be a member to buy from your online store?

No, Salon Apothecary does not require membership to purchase from their website.
